Ubiquitous Player 5.1

Ubiquitous Player is an application that comes bundled with three major features - a media player, text editor and image viewer.

Since the tool is portable, installation is not necessary. You can simply place Ubiquitous Player on an external device and run it on any computer. Also, your Windows registry entries will remain unchanged.

The user interface of the program is a bit cluttered, so take your time and explore all functions. You can use a treeview to locate files.

So, you can rename and delete files, sort or move them to another location, view file properties, copy or open them with the default program, as well as add them to a playlist.

When it comes to the text editor, you can change the font size, style, color and attributes, insert an email link, save the document or view the text as an HTML page, and others.

The media player has all the basic functions incorporated, so you can play, pause and stop a video, navigate back and forth within the stream, play a CD, take a screenshot, load CUE, repeat the track, view tray information, shuffle, and more.

In case of the image viewer, you can zoom in and out, select a random image, switch to full screen mode, create a slideshow, crop, draw, add text, select the text size and color, and others.

Additionally, you can write notes, use a web browser, Internet favorites and calculator, draw notes, play games (e.g. “Tic Tac Toe”), and so on.

Furthermore, you can set the magnification level, change the interface theme, view CPU information, switch the program to full screen mode, capture the entire screen or only the active window, snip, select your preferred language for the interface, use keyboard shortcuts, and more.
