DropIt is a drag and drop file manager that allows you to quickly sort files into designated folders. You can create custom rules that let process files based on their file extension or based on a wildcard match in the file name. The program gives you the option to either move or copy the files, it can optionally compress them into a Zip or 7z archive, and you can include rules to exclude certain files even though they match the initial patterns.To sort a file, simply drag&drop it onto the DropIt drop target and it will be moved or copies according to your rules. Other features include support for encrypted archives, support for multiple profiles (multiple drop targets with custom rules), command line parameters, and more.
